Brian Lucas

Brian graduated from Imperial College London with an honour’s degree in Chemical Engineering. After qualifying in private practice, he headed up the European Patent Operation of a US multinational for 7 years before setting up Lucas & Co. in 1982.

He is a Chartered UK & European Patent Attorney, a UK & Community Trademark Attorney, and a Patent Attorney Litigator. He is a director and claims committee member of PAMIA, which is the mutual insurance company which insures most of the UK and Irish Patent professions.
