Brian brings an engineering perspective to the protection of inventions, technologies and brands.
He graduated from Imperial College London with an honours degree in Chemical Engineering before qualifying as a patent attorney in private practice.
Brian went on to lead the European patent operation of a US multinational for seven years before establishing Lucas & Co. in 1982.
He is a Chartered UK and European Patent Attorney, a trade mark attorney and a Patent Attorney Litigator. His expertise spans patent and trade mark protection, intellectual property litigation and engineering.
