Throughout her career, she has helped organisations develop systematic ways of working that balance structure with culture. Her approach combines systems thinking, change management and culture development.
She draws on business excellence models and methods including ISO standards, Good Manufacturing Practice, Total Productive Maintenance, Lean, Six Sigma and World Class Manufacturing.
Working across functions and organisational levels, AnnaKarin helps people identify and implement practical improvements. Her expertise also includes early management in investment projects and due diligence.
She is the author of WCM – vägen till världsklass and has contributed as a coauthor to four other books.
